Working with us: Hemtjänst Ditt Liv is located in Njurunda and is run by me, Emelie Söderström. We have a background in home care and acute healthcare, and here we do all the things we missed as employees. Here you'll experience a fantastic community between staff and customers, and to break up the routine, we often organize activities and find new ways to deliver our care. When you work with us, you become part of shaping the organization. Today we are 17 people plus a few substitutes who together find the best possible ways of working, organize activities, participate in training, and discuss our work environment and conditions. We have a creative approach to care that always starts with the customer. When you work with us, we trust you. We follow rules and decisions, knowing that good care doesn't fit with overly strict routines. It must be based on the customer's needs. That's why we give you a lot of freedom—you're the expert. Qualifications: You are trained in healthcare or have other training that the employer considers equivalent. You can also be a student. We would like to see that you have experience in people-caring work. You can easily adapt to different people and circumstances with good interpersonal skills. A driver's license for a manual car is a requirement to work with us, as driving is part of the job. Responsibilities: With a professional approach, you shall provide nursing care and quality services to the people you visit. The work includes performing delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) as well as documentation according to applicable guidelines. Work from a rehabilitative approach with the aim of providing customers with the opportunity to improve or maintain their abilities. Provide security and treat everyone with respect. Your tasks include everything in the customer's daily life that they need support and help with. We Offer Good Scheduling: Continuity is very important, so you primarily work with those you are assigned to. We don't control your schedule in detail. As long as all services are completed during the same week, you and the customer decide how you organize the work. Maybe you can do the laundry on Tuesday so you have time to grab coffee on Wednesday? Do you need to leave early to take the kids to the dentist or make it to the hair appointment you've been looking forward to? That can usually be arranged. You clock in and out and control how you organize your time, as long as you take responsibility for your customer's well-being and everything gets done. Training: Each spring we complete CPR training and training in lifting and transfer techniques. Beyond that, we have ongoing training in topics such as dementia, nutrition, threats & violence, palliative care, and more. Tell us what you'd like to learn, and we'll decide together! Either we provide training for everyone, or if there's something specific you want to learn? We want you to be curious and put effort into learning new things, and we're happy to help. Right now we're going through dementia certification. New Technology Whether you work in the office or in care services, you work with the latest technology. Through the personnel system on your phone, you can swap shifts, apply for time off, see your schedule, and who you're working with. While you're working, you have support from a customer system that gives you background information about the customer, what has been done, and what needs to be done. You also use a lock app instead of keys to access and exit customers' homes. Benefits and Activities: In our nice premises, you have access to various beverages, coffee, and fruit. We also organize fun activities together, such as after-work events and dinners together, either out or in the office. We provide work clothes.
