Description Länsmansgården is a special residential facility with 4 units for elderly persons with various functional variations/illnesses and dementia diagnoses. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant/care aide with us, you work empathetically and person-centered to provide care, assistance, and activities based on each individual's needs to create a meaningful daily life. You also perform health and medical care tasks on delegation from nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. You will be a contact person for one or more residents where you, among other things, serve as a link between family members and the resident, and you develop implementation plans. The work includes daily documentation in Pulsen Combine, planning together with the work team, and reporting to colleagues/nurses. We use Time Care MultiAccess as our scheduling tool. Qualifications Care training or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should be empathetic, flexible, solution-focused, and responsible, as well as cooperate well in a group. For you, all people should have equal value and be treated with respect. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, which means you have a basic view that aligns with social services' goals and the municipality's values of Joy, Respect & Professionalism. Since Swedish is the common working language at the workplace, you need to master the language, both spoken and written, at the level required by the job tasks. Terms The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts during the period 2026-09-14 through 2027-03-07. The temporary position is placed at Länsmansgården D, but collaboration between units occurs. Employment requires presentation of a criminal record check (sealed envelope/digital). Start date by agreement. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months.
