Job Responsibilities:
- You support users in their daily lives, all according to the assistance administrator's decision.
- Provide support and companionship, and help create a meaningful everyday life.
- Use our digital planning system to plan the users' services.
- Document in the operational system and follow individual implementation plans.
- Through our contact person system you take special responsibility for some users, where you help create and follow up implementation plans and handle information transfer.
- Collaboration is key! You work closely with other home care teams and HSL staff to ensure that all users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications:
We're looking for you who have training in healthcare and care or equivalent experience and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have the ability to work independently and take initiative, and you have the ability to plan and organize your work. We also place great importance on you having good collaboration skills. Driver's license category B is a requirement.
Terms:
The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Commencement 260901 or by agreement. The employment is a temporary position for parental leave. Selection and interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Employment requires presentation of an extract from the criminal record register for HVB facilities (sealed envelope).
