Join us on our journey. Nursing Assistant/Care Worker - Home Care Services South – Temporary Evening and Weekend Position Do you want a job where you make a real difference every day? We are now seeking committed and responsible staff members for Home Care Services South to work evenings and alternating weekends according to schedule. We are looking for someone with previous experience working in home care who enjoys working independently while being part of a team. It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant, but it is not required. Your Role Within home care services, you work in customers' homes and provide support and care based on approved assistance assessments. You help people live a secure and independent life and build good relationships with both customers, relatives, and colleagues. The work includes among other things: Personal care and daily support, transfers, and rehabilitation-focused approach Help with meals, shopping, laundry, and cleaning Walks and social support Documentation and reporting Planning and coordination of customer needs Being a consistent care contact to create continuity and security You work both independently and together with colleagues where you support each other and collaborate to provide the best possible care. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for someone who: has previous experience working in home care expresses yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing have good computer skills and feel confident with documentation holds a category B driver's license It is advantageous if you: are a trained Nursing Assistant have experience working with people who have cognitive illnesses or dementia have experience with time registration at customer premises Since Haninge Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, we particularly welcome Finnish-speaking applicants.
