About the Position 6-month temporary position Working hours primarily Monday–Friday for one position; the other position includes alternating weekends and some evenings. The work combines home care services and residential support Residential support services occur with certain customers Work area is Stockholm, southern district, based in Älvsjö Responsibilities In home care, you help our customers with personal care and services based on their individual needs. Your tasks may include: Personal care Home services Cleaning and laundry Meal preparation and shopping Social support and walks Documentation and time registration Residential support with certain customers In residential support, you work to assist customers in their daily life and promote increased independence. This may include, for example, creating structure in daily routines, assistance with household tasks, shopping, activities, and other everyday tasks. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has experience working in home care or similar field Is a trained nursing assistant or is currently studying to become one Is responsible, flexible, and thorough Has good interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people Can work independently but also collaborate with colleagues Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Can use a smartphone for time registration and documentation Holds a valid driver's license (category B) We place great emphasis on personal suitability, commitment, and responsibility.
