Responsibilities
In your role as team leader, your primary focus will be to lead and organize work so that tasks are performed efficiently and business goals are achieved. This means you will continuously monitor and analyze results based on statistics to optimize processes and ensure success. You should be available to employees during working hours and answer questions regarding, for example, customer and personnel matters, to provide them with proper support and create a developmental work environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create reports for monthly meetings:
Personnel statistics, electricity market events, and other important occurrences.
Statistics:
Monthly, weekly, and daily statistics as well as hit rate per employee.
Coordination:
Coordinate warm and cold sales
Planning and preparation of meetings:
For example, monthly meetings and feedback conversations.
Scheduling:
Manage sick leave, other leave, and vacation absences.
Salary, personnel, and feedback conversations:
Conduct conversations based on feedback and statistics to support employee development and ensure that goals align with both individual and business objectives.
Contact with management group:
On matters related to personnel and customers, and coordinate staffing needs to ensure the team is properly staffed.
Contact with other departments:
On customer and system matters.
Interviews:
When recruitment is needed, conduct second interviews as part of the recruitment process for the department.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Desirable Qualifications
Post-secondary education in sales or similar field.
Previous experience leading teams.
Training
We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin employment with a week of internal training in the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. Training takes place on-site with full pay.
About the Position
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30.
Period: Immediately through August 31, 2027
Salary: Fixed monthly salary
