What You'll Work With As a tactical production optimizer, you'll be part of a team where you're responsible for creating conditions for efficient and sustainable goods flow. Through analyses of volumes, forecasts, and productivity—and considering delivery schedules and automation capabilities—you'll develop cost-effective and robust plans for efficient and reliable operations. We've divided responsibility into four focal areas, with strong collaboration within the tactical team being essential to success: Inflow Production Staffing & Scheduling Storage You'll focus primarily on production, becoming our expert on understanding and assessing what conditions the Bålsta logistics center requires to achieve cutting-edge production. You're driven and inspired by creating the future way of working that sets a new standard at Dagab, and the visibility this brings within the organization. You'll continuously drive development by constantly challenging current operations and leading various improvement projects. You thrive in a visible role with many internal (other Axfood companies) and external (such as automation suppliers) contact points, where your contributions significantly impact our collective results. What We Expect To succeed in this role, we see that you're a civil engineer or engineer with a degree, preferably with a focus on logistics or production, and have at least one year of relevant work experience, or have built sufficient analytical skills through several years of work. You're a team player who learns easily and has a natural ability to manage and analyze large amounts of information, which you then translate into concrete conclusions and operational improvements. You need to be able to present your analyses and conclusions both verbally and in writing in a clear and tailored manner. You're an analytical and self-driven person who is motivated, curious, and well-organized. You're goal-focused and have a strong ability to deliver results—both independently and with others. Other Information This is a full-time temporary position starting by mutual agreement (preferably as soon as possible) through December 31, 2027. The position is located in Bålsta, Håbo Municipality. Bålsta is located 30 minutes from Central Stockholm. Public transportation is available from the commuter station to and from the site.
