We are a Service Housing facility according to LSS (The Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). We work to create a safe, meaningful, and independent everyday life, always based on each person's needs, conditions, and wishes.
We are a dedicated team that values a good work environment, continuous development, and a respectful approach both to each other and to those we are here to support in their daily lives.
We currently have 13 residents, with one more joining us at the end of the year. Some of our residents receive support every day, while others receive it one to three times per week, depending on their needs and wishes.
The support we provide our residents varies greatly based on their needs. It can include assistance with cooking, hospital visits of various kinds, outings, participating in various activities such as dancing, swimming, bowling, shopping of various kinds, holiday trips, etc.
Working with documentation according to current guidelines. Working with implementation plans, interaction plans, and LSS legislation.
Working with motivation and strengthening the individual's independence and participation. Supporting in daily living.
Working irregular hours: days, evenings, and weekends.
We are looking for someone with education in care and services, preferably with a focus on disability support (e.g., support assistant, nursing assistant, youth and leisure program).
Meritorious: experience within LSS and psychiatry.
You are secure, attentive, proactive, and have a good approach to people.
Basic computer skills.
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written.
B-class driver's license.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months. Start date: 2026-10-12. End date: 2027-05-09.
