Innovitaskolan Johanneberg is a primary school for grades 6-9 that is part of a new brand launched in fall 2021. A key theme is to teach our students for the needs of the future. We are seeking a warm and engaged person who wants to work with high school students. Together with our other staff, you will work to promote and prevent issues to give our students the very best conditions for the future. We strive for all our students to feel that school is a safe place where they thrive and feel good—you are important in that. In your daily work, you will work in our recreation area where students can play table tennis, billiards, or other games. Here you maintain order, create a warm atmosphere, and a sense of security. We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our school together with the principal and school staff. You have experience working in schools and with young people. We would like to see that you can and want to support students in their development, be a stable adult and a good role model. As a school caretaker/supervisor, you contribute to creating a safe school. You find it easy to build and maintain good relationships and gain energy from being in daily operations. You are organized, orderly, enjoy being in a busy environment, are a relationship-builder, and someone who likes to interact with young people. When the pace is high, you have the ability to plan and prioritize your time based on what is best for the operation and students. You are interested in your surroundings and are skilled at creating, establishing, and maintaining contact with students and guardians. Start date by agreement. The position is 80% overall.
