The school is located in the northwestern part of the city and we have a large catchment area that gives us a varied student body. In your role as a teacher for grades 4-6, you teach students who are at the beginning of their middle school years and who are developing an increasing ability to take responsibility for their own learning. You create structured and stimulating instruction that gives students good conditions to achieve their learning goals and strengthens them socially. Together with experienced and dedicated colleagues, you contribute to a safe and well-functioning learning environment where student development is the focus. Job responsibilities include, among other things: • Plan, implement and follow up on instruction based on current curriculum guidelines. • Support student knowledge development through varied teaching methods and clear structure. • Assess, document and provide feedback on student learning. • Create a safe and inclusive environment where students feel motivated and can focus on their studies. • Work with adaptations and additional support based on students' individual needs. • Collaborate within work teams and contribute to the school's development efforts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who works in a structured and goal-oriented manner, with the ability to plan and organize your work with quality.
