WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a support assistant at Ljungklockan, you will actively work together with other staff and coordinators to plan, carry out, follow up, and evaluate the children's/young people's activities and support measures. The work includes creating implementation plans and documenting deviations. The support you provide is always adapted to the individual and may include both care-related work as well as support in social situations. We work to stimulate children/young people through both individual and group activities. We work based on the child's/young person's participation and independence. QUALIFICATIONS We would like you to be engaged, social, and creative. We also value flexibility and an open work environment within the team. Meritorious if you have prior experience in LSS, experience with TEACCH, TAKK, and low-intensity confrontation methods. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
