DUTIES
We are now seeking a preschool teacher for a substitute position at Tornets Preschool. The substitute position runs from August through the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension. The position is 75-100%.
When you work as a preschool teacher with us, you become part of a team that together creates an education that stimulates and challenges every child's development and learning. We want the children to feel safe and well-being during their time at preschool.
Using the curriculum and other governing documents as a basis, you choose methods, content, and approach based on each child's knowledge, experience, and specific circumstances. You contribute your knowledge and experience to develop the operation, as well as yourself. You collaborate to create a safe, fun, and educational preschool. As a preschool teacher, you have expanded responsibility. All educators at the preschool participate in a development group where, together with the principal, you drive the preschool's development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who is a certified or newly graduated preschool teacher and who has a strong interest in learning and developing together with the children and colleagues.
Are you engaged and responsible? Great! We need your engagement to stimulate both the children and us colleagues toward learning. Together we are responsible for the operation and drive development toward the preschool's set goals. You have a clear respect for the individual and an open and trustworthy approach so that good and sustainable relationships are created.
