Description Welcome to apply for a position as a preschool teacher at the preschools in the Trälleborg area in Värnamo. The area has three preschools: Förskolan Ekenhaga, Trälleborgs förskola, and Solstrålen in Kärda. This position is based at one of the preschools in central Värnamo. We have placed great emphasis on implementing the concept of Accessibility in our education. We work with pictures and signs as a complement to verbal language. We divide the children into smaller groups for much of the day. We find that this leads to increased participation and influence for the children and a better work environment for educators. We actively work to develop our quality efforts. Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you have an exceptional opportunity to influence the conditions for each child's development through an exploratory and creative approach. By being present and curious about what the children are interested in, you can help create developmental learning environments. You have pedagogical responsibility based on the curriculum guidelines and actively work with pedagogical planning, documentation, reflection, and follow-up. The work is conducted with confidence and in close cooperation with colleagues and guardians. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher and have good insight into the preschool's mission and curriculum. You are clear and have a solution-oriented way of working and the ability to create engagement, work joy, and are clear in your pedagogical leadership. You have a pedagogical approach that combines professional care and teaching. We place great value on personal suitability and the ability to think innovatively and solution-focused. Extensive experience working with children with special needs is a merit. A good ability to build relationships is valued. We would appreciate it if you include a personal letter and CV. Terms The position is filled subject to necessary decisions being made. In Värnamo Municipality, all permanent full-time positions are advertised.
