You create structure, safety, and study peace while inviting creativity, playful learning, and discovery. Here you can combine classical methods with modern approaches, and use the schoolyard and archipelago environment as a natural part of teaching – yes, outdoor lessons can become everyday here. Plan, deliver, and follow up on teaching in core subjects for grades F–3 based on the curriculum Create clear routines and learning environments that provide work peace, study focus, and a positive classroom tone Use varied teaching methods, digital tools, and creative approaches that support different ways of learning Work closely with colleagues, guardians, and student support teams in a solution-focused and respectful manner Work actively with a child rights perspective, equal treatment, zero tolerance for harassment, and a safe school environment Participate in the school's development work and contribute ideas on teaching, learning environments, and individualized support Your Profile We're looking for someone who thinks younger students are the best audience in the world and who enjoys being their safe, clear, and present adult at school.
