WHAT WE DO At our clinic in Solna, we offer hemodialysis and the best possible care based on patients' individual medical needs, with a strong focus on making our patients feel involved and engaged in their treatment. We perform dialysis treatments on behalf of and in collaboration with our commissioners. The clinic is equipped with Nipro Surdial X machines. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You want to work as a Nursing Assistant with us and have the desire to develop within dialysis. Previous experience working at a kidney clinic and dialysis unit is highly desirable. Experience working in a hospital, preferably in an acute care unit, is preferred, along with an interest in developing your skills in dialysis and a genuine interest in helping people. As a Nursing Assistant with us, you are the first person patients meet when they arrive at our dialysis unit. A large part of your responsibilities involves preparing patients for their treatment and assisting staff with patient care. Additionally, you prepare and serve meals to patients. Work hours are morning shifts between 7-15:30 or afternoon shifts between 11:30-19:00, plus every other Saturday. You will work on a rotating schedule. Clinic hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7-19 Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7-15:30 Personal suitability is given great weight.
