Job Description In your role as a childcare worker with us, you are expected to, beyond the care assignment, approach the student's perspective in collaboration with your colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate recreational activities based on the curriculum, national goals and policy documents as well as the school unit's goals regarding students' reading and writing development, mathematical knowledge, safety & study environment, and systematic work methods for recreational activities with focus on transitions. At the interview, you should present documentation that supports your competence. Qualifications You should be able to: The position is located in the afternoons, so you need to be able to work until at least 6:00 PM, at least one day per week. Conduct active movement play and physical activities with students during recreational activities. You should be able to lead the group, have an inclusive approach, good safety and supervision. In your professional role, contribute to the school unit's good results. We are looking for someone who in your application has documentation that demonstrates you meet the competency requirements, have experience in the profession, childcare worker training with good results and references. The personal qualities we are looking for should be confirmed at the interview, by your references and your documentation. You have a professional approach and ensure the best interests of the activities by taking a holistic perspective even in a stressful work situation. You take supervisory responsibility for all the school's students and follow the school's routines. You have the ability to collaborate with students, guardians and colleagues. You demonstrate this through the secure relationships you create and how you contribute to everyone's work environment. You have pedagogical insight and understand, adapt and treat the student for learning and care. You demonstrate this by informing yourself about what you need to skillfully practice your profession as a childcare worker.
