Shift-Based Operations Technician for a two-year temporary position
As a shift-based operations technician, you play a vital role in the daily operation of HEM's production facilities for electricity, district heating, and district cooling. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for controlling, monitoring, and optimizing production to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations.
Your responsibilities include:
• Operating and monitoring production facilities for safe and optimal performance
• Writing operational reports, maintaining logs, and reporting deviations
• Participating in preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Contributing to audit work and various development projects
• Supporting the department's quality, workplace environment, and environmental initiatives
This is a two-year temporary position with shift work.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with an operations technician qualification or other education and work experience that the employer considers equivalent.
It is an advantage if you have experience with waste incineration and knowledge of computerized control and monitoring systems.
As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with others. You have natural drive, see what needs to be done, and enjoy contributing to the development of the business. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
A B-level driver's license is required.
