Job Responsibilities As principal, you are responsible for leading, developing, and following up on the operation based on the curriculum, school law, and national as well as local goals. The assignment involves having overall responsibility for: driving pedagogical leadership and creating good conditions for learning and development personnel responsibility, including recruitment, employee conversations, and professional development financial and budget responsibility as well as ensuring good resource utilization systematic quality work, where you plan, follow up, and analyze the operation work environment responsibility and working to create a safe and inclusive environment for both children and staff collaboration and dialogue with guardians, colleagues, and other partners As principal, you report directly to the Assistant Department Manager and are part of the department's management team. You will be part of an engaged principal collegium where we work closely together and collectively drive the development of preschools throughout the municipality. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: relevant higher education and pedagogical insight through education and experience experience with similar assignments (meritorious) completed principal training, or alternatively readiness to begin it within two years upon permanent employment the ability to be a clear pedagogical leader with good collaboration skills.
