We are a total of about 60 employees, all professional categories included. The school has several lead teachers, and the overall competence of the staff is high and valued by school management. The school is also one of Mid Sweden University's partner schools for its teacher education program. At Nipanskolan, we work continuously with joint professional development initiatives. This year's focus has been on classroom leadership, and one of the aims has been to develop collaborative learning, a work that continues in the coming school year. Welcome to us! 1 position(s). DUTIES You will divide your day between serving in the school and at aftercare. In the school, you function as a resource in the classroom, and at aftercare, you are responsible for students' well-being and learning. This position is a substitute/temporary position covering the school year 26/27. Closures and openings of the aftercare facility may occur. We see that you contribute with your knowledge to collaborative learning and, together with your colleagues, create conditions for our students to progress as far as possible based on their capabilities and needs. You challenge students to take their own initiative, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. You take responsibility for your assignment and are secure and clear in your leadership role. You have a solution-focused approach, great flexibility, and work from a student perspective. You have strong didactic and pedagogical abilities and can therefore lead and organize work to create a good learning environment for our students throughout their entire school day. Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work, and with good knowledge and experience, you work effectively with relevant digital tools. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed preschool teacher or afterschool educator. We also see that you are a curious person who wants to collaborate and build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You take responsibility for your entire assignment and have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and yet clear. You are also skilled at adapting instruction and engaging for each student's optimal development. Given current conditions in the labor market, other competencies may also be considered. The position is filled subject to required decisions being made. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer. Start date: Earliest September 1 or by agreement.
