As a family counselor at Kraft, you will primarily work with interventions linked to children and young people who have been approved for Kraft as a school form. The assignments involve psychosocial change work together with children, their families, and other people important to the family. The interventions are carried out through both qualified conversations and practical pedagogical work. We meet children and families in their homes, in our facilities, or at other appropriate locations. In your role as a family counselor, you are part of a team that collaborates around the child, and you also cooperate with other activities and authorities. You and your colleagues work both individually and together to provide support and treatment services with a focus on the whole family and its network. We offer you a varied and meaningful job at a unit with great commitment. In your daily work, you will receive support from your experienced colleagues and supervisor. In addition, we offer competence and method development, external supervision, and more. What are we looking for in you? We are looking for someone who is a social worker, social pedagogue, or has another academic degree that is assessed as equivalent. You have previous experience with family counseling work or social change and motivation work with children and young people within social services. It is a merit for the position if you have further training in social work methods, such as Komet 3-11 years, Safer Children, and similar. To succeed and thrive in this position, you are a person who is genuinely interested in working based on the needs and rights of children and young people. You enjoy working in a team, are positive, and contribute to development work at the unit. As a person, you are responsible and have good communication, collaboration, and trust-building skills. You have a good ability to adapt to new people and situations, and you are good at organizing and planning to independently drive your work forward. If you have previous experience with the Viva documentation system, that is a bonus. A B-category driver's license with manual transmission is a requirement.
