JOB DUTIES As a preschool teacher, you join a work team that together works according to the applicable governing documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work for children's development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with preschool teacher training. It is meritorious if you have experience working with children and if you share the preschool's orientation. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, initiative-taking and goal-oriented with an approach that is situation-adapted. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians and colleagues and can easily build good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement both in speech and writing. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
