Vietnamese Baker for "Banh Mi"

About the Position Banh Mi is seeking an experienced and passionate baker specializing in Vietnamese baking for our bakery in Stockholm near T-centralen. We're looking for someone who is passionate about Vietnamese baking craftsmanship and wants to create authentic, high-quality Banh Mi. At our bakery, craftsmanship, flavor, and quality are at the core. We want to offer our customers a genuine taste experience with freshly baked bread every day. We would love to see that you have extensive experience in Vietnamese cuisine and can support the kitchen when needed, for example with preparations of fillings, pâté, pickled vegetables, and sauces. Responsibilities Production of authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi bread / Vietnamese baguette - light, airy, and crispy. Preparation of dough, fermentation, and baking according to traditional recipes. Daily production and planning of bread and other bakery products. Preparation of ingredients typical for Banh Mi, such as pâté, mayonnaise, pickled carrots, and radishes. Ensure high and consistent quality, taste, and hygiene on all products. When needed, assist in the kitchen with preparation of Banh Mi and other Vietnamese dishes. Responsible for order, hygiene, and food safety in the bakery. Collaborate with other staff members for efficient production. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has documented experience as a baker, preferably in Vietnamese / Asian baking. Has good knowledge and genuine interest in Banh Mi bread and Vietnamese cuisine. Has experience baking light and crispy baguettes with soft interior. Is quality-conscious, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Is responsible, positive, and service-minded. Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working in a team. Can work independently, in an organized manner, and take own initiatives. Can handle high pace without compromising on quality. Experience with Vietnamese baked goods and desserts is an advantage and seen as a major plus. Working Hours Work is mainly scheduled for early mornings. Work on weekends and public holidays is included according to operational needs.
