Because we have grown, we now need to recruit a Deputy Finance Manager who, together with the Finance Manager, will be responsible for continuing to develop and ensure a modern and efficient finance function that supports Energikontor Norr's continued growth and project operations. About the role: You have solid experience in budgeting, financial statements, forecasting, reporting, payroll, controlling, and analysis. You enjoy taking overall responsibility and actively contribute to developing and streamlining the finance function's working methods and processes. You will also support project managers with project reporting and project administration. You are innovative and development-oriented and enjoy optimizing and improving processes so that work becomes efficient, quality-assured, and user-friendly. As deputy finance manager, you function as the acting finance manager and are responsible, when needed, for the finance function during, for example, vacations and other absences. If you have experience with project controlling/project finance for externally funded projects (EU, Energy Agency, TVV, etc.), that is a merit but not a requirement. We are looking for someone who has: Master's degree in Business Administration (Civilekonom) or equivalent education Experience as a finance manager/finance chief for an organization, preferably a limited company Experience in independently handling financial statements, forecasting, board reporting, payroll, taxes, authority contacts, and analytical work. High competence and experience with Excel Experience with the Office365 suite and online tools such as Teams, video meetings, AI, etc. Development-oriented Discreet and strong social skills Merits but not requirements: Experience with project controlling/project finance for projects funded by EU, Energy Agency, TVV, etc. Consolidation of multiple business operations/group operations/projects regarding accounting, reporting, financial statements, results, and forecasts for the company/unit/parent company. Experience with Fortnox. You are self-driven, thorough, responsible, and skilled at organizing your work. You are communicative and enjoy both working independently and collaborating with others. You are unpretentious and proactive with a "can-do attitude" and enjoy helping where needed, even outside your core tasks. You express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
