About the Role As station manager, you have overall responsibility for our full-service facility, which means you: Lead and distribute daily work Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction Work actively on developing the station and the team Drive sales – both at the facility and through active customer outreach Roll up your sleeves where needed and help with service work In other words, you are both a team leader and a team player.
