Topiro Entreprenad is in a growth phase for earthworks & infrastructure. We're therefore looking for someone who not only wants to manage, but to build, develop, and drive the business forward. This is not a maintenance role. This is a key position where you set the structure, build the team, and help drive the operations forward. About the Role You will be responsible for: Driving and developing our earthworks division Ensuring projects deliver on time, budget, and quality Leading project and site managers Building the right structure for a growing operation Driving business through both existing relationships and new opportunities You own the whole picture: production, people, and business. Who We're Looking For We don't cast a wide net – we're looking for the right fit. You are likely today: Site manager / construction manager / senior project manager in earthworks Experienced in driving production and taking responsibility for results Solid with budgeting and financial management A leader who makes things happen And most importantly: You like building something, not just maintaining What Do We Offer?
