We are now seeking a process supervisor in surface treatment for one of our industrial clients in the Gnosjö region.
About the Position
As a process supervisor, you hold a central role in operations and are responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and quality-assured surface treatment processes. You work both operationally and developmentally, with a focus on process optimization, monitoring, and improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor surface treatment processes
- Ensure that process parameters are followed and optimized
- Work with quality monitoring and deviation management
- Participate in and drive improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper handling of chemicals and environmental requirements
- Collaborate with production, quality, and technical teams
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with technical understanding and preferably experience from surface treatment, chemical-intensive production, or similar process industries. You are analytical, structured, and have a strong quality mindset.
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience with process optimization
- Knowledge of chemical handling and environmental requirements
- Experience working with documentation and procedures
As a person, you are solution-oriented, take responsibility, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
