JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a care and services staff member, you will work in ordinary or special housing, focusing on providing individually tailored support, care, and services based on the client's needs. You work closely with the individual in their daily life and contribute to creating security, participation, and quality of life. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals such as home health care, municipal rehabilitation, benefits administrators, and the unit manager. Services are provided based on decisions under the Social Services Act (SoL) with the client's self-determination and integrity in focus. The position includes working according to the organization's values and dignity guarantees. Professional conduct, good collaboration skills, and a respectful approach are therefore fundamental prerequisites. You are expected to be able to receive and carry out delegated health and medical care tasks according to applicable guidelines. The organization conducts continuous quality and development work where skills development is a natural part. Nursing assistants with special competence and specific delegations may also carry out more advanced tasks within the scope of their assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. We appreciate if you have experience working with elderly people and your approach should be professional. You should have an interest in working in elderly care that is based on the individual from a holistic perspective, where the individual's needs and wishes guide your way of working. You find it easy to work both independently and as part of a team. Your attitude is positive and you see it as your clear responsibility to contribute to a positive work climate. We place great importance on personal suitability, which includes conduct, collaboration skills, and commitment. You have an open approach, through which you can both share and receive new knowledge in your field of work. Anyone offered work, assignments, or internships within these activities must present an extract from the police criminal record register. The register extract required is: Work in the home with elderly and people with disabilities, via the police authority's e-service. Extracts must not be older than six months. The criminal record check is a prerequisite for commencing employment or the assignment. B-class driving license is a requirement! Salary Form: Monthly salary. Employment Type: Permanent position.
