We are now looking for you – a nursing assistant with genuine commitment to working with our elderly at Danvikshem. In the role of administrative support to the unit manager, you will work in close collaboration with the unit manager and other team members. We are seeking someone who wants to combine care work with administrative tasks at Södra Huset, where we have both somatic and dementia units. You will be employed as a nursing assistant, and the administrative support assignment is a designated role with a salary supplement running for 12 months at a time. About the role As administrative support, you will spend 25% of your position on various administrative tasks and the remaining time on care and welfare work with our residents. Administrative tasks include: onboarding new staff reviewing reported hours in the scheduling system (Medvind) assisting with daily planning and resource allocation in the unit, which may also include covering absences in evenings and weekends ensuring sign-off sheets are completed, performing self-checks and log reviews writing meeting minutes supporting colleagues with documentation keeping files and other documents updated and organized other administrative tasks delegated by the unit manager In care and welfare work at Danvikshem, your main task as a nursing assistant is to ensure the well-being of our residents. You do this by providing support with daily activities, delivering care and welfare services, and participating in social activities. Your knowledge and experience We are seeking someone who is a fully trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title and who shares our genuine interest and commitment to working with the elderly. Your personal qualities are important to us, so we are looking for someone who: has excellent customer service skills and collaborates smoothly with different people is independent and comfortable taking responsibility has the ability to structure your work and prioritize different tasks enjoys sharing your knowledge with colleagues has the ability to see and understand individuals' needs and wishes wants to provide good and considerate care We also have some requirements You are a trained nursing assistant. You speak and write Swedish well. You have strong computer skills.
