Together with the CEO and other leaders, you will have the opportunity to influence the business, develop operations, and help create the future Hypermat. Both positions are part of the management team and report directly to the CEO. One role focuses on sales, marketing, and business development, while the other is responsible for operations, staffing, work environment, and operational efficiency. Deputy Store Manager - Sales & Marketing Are you a business-driven leader who is passionate about sales, customer experience, and growth? As Deputy Store Manager responsible for Sales & Marketing, you will be the commercial engine of the operation. You drive sales, marketing, assortment development, campaigns, and customer experience with the goal of creating growth and long-term profitability. Your main areas of responsibility Responsible for the store's sales development and profitability. Plan and implement marketing activities and campaigns. Ensure the right product assortment based on customer needs. Monitor sales targets, margins, and key metrics. Develop customer experience, service, and product presentation. You are responsible for staffing, work environment, structure, quality, and monitoring the operation's key metrics. Your main areas of responsibility Ensure efficient daily operations. Responsible for staffing and resource planning. Ensure compliance with routines, policies, and guidelines. Responsible for work environment, order, and structure. Monitor operations-related key metrics and costs. Drive improvement and efficiency initiatives. Lead and distribute daily work. Coach and lead sales managers and department managers toward strong results. We are looking for you if you Have experience in operational management within retail or similar operations. Are structured, analytical, and organized. Have good financial understanding. Are calm and stable even during periods of high pace. Have the ability to create engagement, responsibility, and clarity.
