WORK DUTIES
As a nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that each individual receives safe and secure care as well as the best possible health and well-being based on the municipality's healthcare responsibility.
You identify and prevent risks in care and assess the user's need for healthcare services. You lead healthcare work within care and support and collaborate with other professional groups, both within and outside the organization, and are responsible for healthcare services up to the nursing level.
Together, you work to meet the user's needs in the best way possible. The role also includes coaching and delegating nursing tasks to staff in a clear and pedagogical manner.
You will perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions with our patients.
You are also responsible for nursing documentation according to applicable legislation, routines to ensure that nursing work is developed and quality assured according to the organization's management system for quality and patient safety.
Documentation takes place in the database journal system Treserva.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.
We would appreciate it if you have previous experience working in healthcare and elderly care.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
A driver's license (Category B) is required.
