Most of our projects are in the Stockholm area, but we also have teams working outside Stockholm. This is a position for you if you have worked long in construction, feel confident in your professional role, and are accustomed to solving situations that arise on a project site. For this position, you must have: At least 5 years of documented experience as a site/construction worker Vocational certification in construction Category B driving license Ability to take responsibility for tasks Good understanding of quality, safety, and production Ability to collaborate and contribute to a good work team We are not just looking for someone who has been around for a long time. In Bro, we have our establishment with offices, workshop, and wash facility in a property that we own ourselves. We also rent out space to other companies. We also own our own machinery fleet. For us, this means greater control over the equipment we work with, the ability to maintain and service it properly, and most importantly, the investments we make remain with us and build value in the operation over time. As an additional part of the operation, we also own and operate our own material sorting facility where excavated soil is handled and recycled. These are conscious choices. We do not want to build a company only for the next project or next year. Our ambition is to gradually build a stable operation with our own resources, competent employees, and a strong foundation for many years to come. With approximately 40 full-time employees and around 100 million kronor in annual turnover, we are large enough to have resources and stability, but still a company where people know each other and where a skilled employee is noticed and makes a difference. Stockholm is our main market – but not our only one Most of our projects are in the Stockholm area, and for these positions, the starting point is that you will mainly work there. At the same time, we have teams working on projects outside Stockholm. If you enjoy variety and are interested in periodically working in other locations, that opportunity is available. In our group of companies, there is also a sister company on Gotland with approximately 10 full-time employees. This provides additional opportunities for anyone interested in work on Gotland or other projects outside the Stockholm area in the future. Working in other locations is not a requirement for the position – but the opportunity exists. What will you be working with? You will be working on various site and construction projects, primarily in the Stockholm area. Depending on the project and your experience, the work may include: Earthworks, site work, and foundation work Excavation and backfilling Water and sewerage work Finish grading Infrastructure such as roads and electrical We value broad expertise and experience from different types of construction projects.
