Duties
It is a challenge to build relationships and meet each individual person in different situations in life. In Hultsfred, we believe that this is what makes work in care and welfare both fun and successful. You will have an active and varied job that gives you life experiences.
We are seeking temporary staff for the municipality's special housing facilities, home care services, care for people with functional variation, social psychiatry, and personal assistance.
Your main tasks will be to strengthen each person's sense of coherence, self-determination, and experience of health. This happens through your care, your support, and assistance to each person you meet. We also actively work to strengthen the healthy aspects of the individual.
Qualifications
We're looking for you with empathy and commitment! To thrive with us, you have an interest in working with people. We would like you to have training in care work, but it is not a requirement; experience with similar work is a merit. We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and has an interest in working with people in need of care and welfare services.
In the role of summer substitute, good collaboration with colleagues, users, relatives, and managers is very important. You need to be 18 years old for this position. In most of our operations, there is day, evening, and night work; please mention in your application if you have specific preferences regarding this. Most positions require a Class B driver's license.
