We are seeking additional substitute staff for preschools and elementary schools in Luleå municipality. As a substitute, you will contribute to children's safety and learning. No previous experience or education is required—we offer training. In preschool, you will work with children ages approximately 1–5 and collaborate with educators to create a safe and inspiring environment for their development. In elementary school (grades F–9), you will work with students ages 6–16 and may lead lessons independently while collaborating with teachers and other school staff. Work in classrooms, school groups, after-school programs, or as a teaching assistant Support children and students in their daily activities and learning Conduct lessons in elementary school based on lesson plans and student needs You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work on assignment at Luleå municipality's preschools, elementary schools, and after-school programs. Work hours are weekdays during daytime. We are seeking substitutes for full-time or part-time work to cover short-term staffing needs in preschools and elementary schools in Luleå municipality. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You who want to work part-time or extra Studying at university to become a preschool or elementary school teacher, or pursuing another university degree Retirees Are responsible, adaptable, and willing to step in where needed. Have good collaboration skills and treat children, students, and colleagues with respect. Are comfortable working at different locations and can quickly adapt to new routines and work methods. Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Meritorious, but not required: Driver's license and access to your own car, as some facilities are located outside central Luleå. Previous experience from preschools, schools, or educational training.
