GrödbyGården has spent over thirty years helping more than 300 families organize their complex life puzzles. We provide social services throughout Sweden with both assessments and treatments of parental capacity, and we have a strong conviction of never losing hope. An advanced environmental therapy where the organization forms the collective therapeutic force is the foundation of our operations. GrödbyGården is located between forest and sea just outside Bromölla in northeastern Skåne. The stimulating rural environment is a natural part of our work. We work with entire families, both children and adults, and are staffed around the clock. As an hourly substitute, you will work according to the needs of the facility and will encounter a wide variety of tasks in our live-in family homes.
