About the Role As an hourly care assistant/nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our customers is a large part of your professional role. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the operations' procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work according to decided services Carry out delegated health and healthcare assignments from nurses and rehabilitation staff. Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as legal guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. Who Are You? Qualifications Requirements: Care assistant training of at least 800 points Nursing assistant education with professional title with the right to be called a nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written), level B2 Good computer knowledge/experience Driver's license category B Able to cycle Merits: Experience from care work in elderly care/home care Experience with delegation.
