We're now looking for a service-minded and friendly person for the role of customer service representative/time booker. We're looking for someone who is cheerful, outgoing, and driven—someone who wants to work for a successful company with strong values. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work primarily with phone and computer, interacting with customers via calls, chat, and email. Your main responsibilities include: Receive and handle incoming customer calls. Assist and direct customers to the right department or contact person. Schedule service and repair appointments. Register and manage bookings in the company's system. Answer questions and provide customers with clear information and feedback. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Qualifications Experience working in AutoMaster. Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems. Customer service experience or other service-oriented roles. Flexible Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Experience in the automotive industry and service sector is a plus. Who Are We Looking For? Employment This is a full-time position with working hours during weekdays, daytime shifts varying between 07–16 and 09–18.
