As a Food Production Operator, you'll work in production on a production line.
Job Responsibilities
The work tasks are varied and include, among other things:
Processing, preparation, slicing, and packaging of food products
Inbound and outbound weighing of raw materials
Monitoring and handling of machinery and equipment
Performing quality and hygiene checks
Working according to established procedures, targets, and safety regulations
The work takes place in a refrigerated and noisy environment and places high demands on hygiene, accuracy, and safety. You'll receive on-site introduction and training – previous experience is a plus but not required.
This is an hourly position and begins with approximately one week of full-time introduction so you have the best conditions possible to get into the work. After that, scheduling is based on operational needs. Working hours vary and work can be scheduled during day and/or evening shifts, Sunday–Friday.

We're seeking someone who:
Has other primary employment of at least 51% (e.g., studies or other work)
Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious
Enjoys physical work at a fast pace, even when tasks are repetitive
Is flexible, resilient, and can step in on short notice
Is an unpretentious team player with strong work ethic
Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Merits:
Previous experience from industry, production, or warehouse
Experience from a fast-food chain or similar, where you've developed routines for working quickly, accurately, and with focus on customer experience
Forklift Certification A and B
Knowledge of SAP and Excel
For this position, a criminal background check will be requested.
