The group home has six places and work shifts include day, evening, weekend, and overnight "on-call" shifts. In the role of support assistant, you provide individualized and everyday-based support with the aim of creating a safe environment and a meaningful day. It is a merit if you have education equivalent to a nursing assistant or are studying to become a social worker, behavioral scientist, or similar. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and have knowledge of social documentation. We want you to share our vision and values and truly want to make a difference for our residents by developing our services and creating conditions for a better life.
