Right now we're looking for engaged and positive forklift operators for our client's terminal in Göteborg. As a terminal worker on this assignment, you'll work together with a dedicated and cohesive team, which is why it's important that you're a solid team player. Our client is a well-known company in the logistics industry that is constantly growing and developing. Your work tasks will consist of loading and unloading pallets/general cargo from trucks as well as sorting. You'll primarily be operating reach forklifts but also some counterbalance forklifts. As a terminal worker, you'll also be a central part of planning and communication, where your attention to detail is crucial. Your work tasks will also involve communicating via email/phone with transporters and internally, where it's important that you ensure the transports run smoothly. This is a part-time position with working hours approximately 1:00 PM/2:00 PM-9:00 PM Monday-Friday. We'd like you to be available at least 2-3 days per week. Start is immediate, and we'd especially like you to be able to work a lot during October and November. For this assignment, you'll be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work at our client as a hired consultant. Since the work will be of varying nature, we see that you're not afraid to pitch in where needed and jump right into the action. You want to understand and ask questions when needed—but also want to take your own initiative to help move the team forward. Requirements for the position: Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Forklift certification A1-A4 and B1-B4 Good physical fitness Studies or another primary occupation of at least 50% It's a plus if you have forklift certification D2. To be relevant for this assignment, you need another primary occupation of at least 50%. For this position, we'll pull an extract from the Police's criminal record register.
