40 position(s). We are now looking for reliable and committed employees for several of our group homes. We have various programs, work teams, and target groups – which gives you the opportunity to find the workplace where your experience, skills, and interests are best utilized. Work is performed on a varied schedule including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Night shifts, on-call, or on-duty arrangements also occur. Start date to be agreed upon. Job Responsibilities In your role as support assistant/supervisor, you work from each client's individual circumstances, strengths, and resources. With a pedagogical and low-affective approach, you provide support in daily life and create conditions together with the client for an active, meaningful, and as independent life as possible. You work to motivate, guide, and support clients in daily life based on their needs, wishes, and abilities. Tasks include support with household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, as well as assistance with community contacts, outdoor activities, and leisure activities based on the client's interests and wishes. You will also work with personal care, mobility and transfers, social support, and medication management. The implementation plan is an important working tool in daily work and is actively used to plan, follow up, and develop interventions together with the client. You document continuously according to applicable legislation and contribute to ensuring good quality in the operations. The role also includes collaborating with representatives, family members, day programs, and other important people in the client's network. You work both independently and together with colleagues to create structure, clarity, and security in daily life. You serve as a support person and contribute to the client's development and participation, and actively participate in supervision, workplace meetings, team meetings, and other forums. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with this target group and who wants to contribute to creating a safe and meaningful daily life for our clients. To be a candidate for this position, you need to: • Have good digital skills. You can use computers and digital systems for documentation and for creating and following up on implementation plans. • Have approved grades in Swedish corresponding to at least grade 9. You should be able to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish well because documentation and communication are important parts of the work. It is advantageous if you: • Are trained as a support assistant or nursing assistant • Have knowledge of sign support, sign language, or AAC • Have experience that the employer deems relevant To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be flexible, secure, and cooperation-oriented. You have the ability to adapt to the client's individual needs and changing situations, while remaining calm, stable, and secure in your approach.
