About the Role As a nurse in our facilities, you'll have varied work where you both work long-term with health plans to increase quality of life for residents and where you also make assessments and make decisions about interventions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing excellent palliative care. The shift to Nearby Care means that more and more specialized healthcare services are being provided at the residence. This gives you a wealth of stimulating and developmental tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations. As a nurse at Attendo, you are valuable and your expertise is highly appreciated. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks. Main Responsibilities Medication management Working in national quality registers Supervision of care personnel Care responsibility for patients Who Are You? As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care tasks to healthcare assistants and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those who live with us. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed registered nurse At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form Class B driver's license Meritorious if you also have: Experience working in private care operations Experience with supervision Education in geriatrics or district nursing What Can We Offer You?
