Attendo is now seeking a registered nurse for our facility Attendo Bättringsvägen in Vällingby. The facility provides care for elderly persons with significant care needs and/or dementia. About the Role As a nurse at our residential facilities, you will have varied work where you both work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, and where you also make assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing high-quality palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare services are provided at the residential facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developmental tasks. You have a supervisory role with great opportunities to influence the operations. As a nurse at Attendo, you are valued and your expertise is highly appreciated. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nurse networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual. Main Responsibilities - Medication management - Work in national quality registers - Training of care personnel - Care responsibility for patients Who Are You? As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating care tasks to healthcare staff and are motivated by creating high-quality care together with your colleagues for those who live with us. Qualifications Requirements: - Registered nurse - At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care - Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Meritorious if you also have: - Experience from work in private care operations - Experience with training/supervision - Education in geriatrics or district healthcare What Can We Offer You?
