We are now looking for a driven and relationship-building section manager for our Pressure Equipment Inspection department in Småland. Perhaps you are exactly who we are looking for? OM TJÄNSTEN As a section manager with us, you will have a central role in leading and developing both employees and the business. You are responsible for the section's personnel, work environment, and results – and you drive our growth forward. You will have many customer contacts, both via phone and in-person meetings, and you are an important ambassador for DEKRA in all external contexts. You will have close collaboration and knowledge exchange with your internal section manager colleagues and are part of the region's management group, where you report directly to the Regional Manager for Region South. The role also includes responsibility for sales, budgets, and compensation. Our inspection engineers conduct inspections of pressurized equipment such as pipelines, boilers, process plants, cisterns, cooling systems, and more, and help our customers maintain a high level of safety. Our customer base is broad with several different industries, including: process industry manufacturing industry paper & pulp power & heat chemical industry real estate ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? If you also have experience with pressurized equipment or have worked with inspection of such equipment, that is very valuable. Furthermore, we want you to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, and to hold a B-class driver's license.
