Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home services, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care. Disability Services and Social Psychiatry is one of three departments within the Social Care Administration. The department is responsible for LSS residential facilities, day activities, residential support, short-term stays, and personal assistance. We are approximately 250 employees who work with great dedication, placing the individual's needs at the center and based on a belief in the individual's own abilities. Within Disability Services and Social Psychiatry (FOS), we're taking a clear step forward. Based on the New Social Services Act and a consistent human rights perspective, we're transforming into a more preventive, coordinated, and sustainable social service – where the right support is provided at the right time and where the individual is at the center. Quality, legal certainty, and individual self-determination are at the forefront. We're seeking three central coordinators for Disability Services and Social Psychiatry! As a central coordinator, you'll become part of our new quality and development team within FOS. Together, we have the opportunity to build, develop, and shape something new – with a focus on quality, participation, and common working methods. The team consists of three central coordinators who work closely together. We welcome you to work with us! 3 position(s). DUTIES As a central coordinator, you'll have a key role in our organization where you contribute to creating structure, quality, and sustainable working methods in an operation under development. You serve as the cohesive link between unit managers, support functions, and employees and play an important role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a holistic perspective on staffing, you're responsible for planning and coordinating resources in a cost-conscious and operationally-oriented manner. During short-term absences, you assess the operation's needs together with employees in the facilities and ensure resources are used where they create the most value. We appreciate if you have the ability and expertise in user-centered work. The role also involves providing close support to management in daily operations. You're responsible for several administrative processes that contribute to quality, safety, and good service in the operation. Examples of work tasks include handling new hires, scheduling medical check-ups, booking interpreter services, administering medical certificates in Adato, and monitoring delegations and other important time-sensitive processes. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a genuine sense of respect and courtesy. You know how to build and maintain good relationships, are a reliable and helpful support to unit managers, and are available to assist both employees and cooperation partners. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Qualifications: • Completed documented education from a child and leisure program, health and care program, or other education that the employer deems equivalent • Work experience from other coordination assignments and/or as management support • Experience with scheduling • Good knowledge of LSS • Good computer skills and interest in digital working methods • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing • B-Driver's license Merits: • TimeCare Plan, TimeCare Pool, other operational systems We're looking for someone who enjoys a coordinating role, likes creating order and structure, and wants to be part of developing an operation where quality, cooperation, and continuous improvements are the focus. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-10-01 or by agreement. Working hours: Daytime. Daytime, days, and every other weekend.
