About the Job As an inside sales representative at LF Trygghetstjänster, you will work with outbound sales of our connected home alarm system. Your goal is to help our customers understand the risks present in their homes and how our home alarm can help them prevent damage caused by water, fire, and burglary. The offering is packaged together with Länsförsäkringar's other business, which means that together with bank and insurance, among others, we create a unique offering with multiple benefits. To succeed in this role, you will work closely with colleagues in other departments within the parent company. Our offering is based on the customer's needs with the aim of creating a safer everyday life and preventing damage. As an inside sales representative, you take significant personal responsibility in driving your own sales. You have individual sales targets and budgets, while you're expected to contribute to the team's collective success. You'll be part of a sales team of eight inside sales representatives characterized by strong camaraderie and a focus on succeeding together. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with completed secondary education and some form of sales experience. You possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. To succeed in this role, you need strong self-motivation and goal focus. You're driven by sales, are proactive, and have the ability to close deals. You're someone who quickly builds relationships and trust with both customers and colleagues.
