Job Responsibilities We are seeking production personnel for a client in Linköping! Are you practically minded, thorough, and comfortable in a production environment? On behalf of our client in Linköping, we are now looking for a dedicated industrial worker with a focus on masking, spackling, sanding, and packing. In this role, you will work with varied production tasks, including: - Masking and spackling in preparation for painting - Sanding and surface treatment - Packaging of finished products - Assisting with goods receiving and material handling Work is conducted in close collaboration with production colleagues where quality, precision, and delivery are in focus. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in practical industrial work, such as sanding, spackling, masking, or similar tasks. You are comfortable with physical work and thrive in a workshop environment where quality and precision are important parts of daily work. You have a good eye for detail, work in a structured and efficient manner, and take responsibility for completing your tasks correctly. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have experience from manufacturing industry or have worked with surface treatment and paint preparation tasks. As a person, you are action-oriented and engaged with a natural drive in your work.
