We are now recruiting production workers for our client just outside Gothenburg. The company works with heat treatment and you'll be offered a role in an operation where quality, collaboration, and delivery reliability are in focus. You will be employed by Uniflex and assigned as a consultant to the client. About the Position As a production worker, you will work in daily production and handle material flows related to the heat treatment process. The work requires precision, responsibility, safety consciousness, and good collaborative skills. If you have previous experience with heat treatment and/or knowledge of gas safety, this is highly valued. You will start working with material handling and production preparations to learn about materials and heat treatment before transitioning to become part of the production team. Working hours are initially scheduled for daytime, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, but shift work may become relevant going forward. Start date: immediately or by agreement. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the ad period ends.
