We're now recruiting production workers with solid forklift experience for our client in Norrköping. Do you have good driving experience with counterbalance forklifts and previous experience as a machine operator? Keep reading! About the Position We're looking for new machine operators for 5-shift work, and we'd like to connect with people who have solid industrial and machinery experience. For us, the most important thing is that you have a technical interest, problem-solving skills, and experience with counterbalance forklifts. Your success in this role depends on strong commitment and a willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to the team. Your Responsibilities - Monitor and operate machinery to ensure they function efficiently and according to procedures - Operate counterbalance forklifts within production - Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery/equipment - Report deviations and technical problems - Replace materials and supply machinery with necessary resources Requirements for the Position: - Counterbalance forklift certification and experience - Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written As a machine operator, it's important that you're thorough and detail-oriented to ensure production maintains high quality. It's a plus if you've worked as a mechanic or in a workshop. Good communication skills are also important for effectively reporting deviations and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
