Ideally, you have previous experience from industrial work and thrive in an environment where precision, responsibility, and collaboration are key. As a production worker for our clients, you'll work alongside your colleagues to ensure an efficient and stable production flow. We therefore expect you to have a positive attitude, natural drive, and strong work ethic. You're flexible and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Previous industrial experience is a merit, as is machinery experience. If you hold a forklift certification and have forklift operation experience, that's an added bonus. Work is conducted in shifts, which means day, evening, and night shifts may occur. A driver's license and access to a car are required.
