We are looking for a personal assistant interested in working pedagogically with our client. He is 25 years old and lives independently in Södermalm. He is on the autism spectrum and has epilepsy. This means our client requires personal assistance around the clock, year-round. He needs constant active supervision. You will work in his home environment, outdoors, and at his daily activities facility.
As a personal assistant, you will need to help and support our client in all daily situations. Your work involves being constantly active and creative with him. The role includes helping with meals, personal hygiene, communication, and more. Therefore, it is important to always be attentive to his well-being and be adaptable in different environments.
You need to have the following qualities/interests:
• Enjoy going on outings
• Enjoy being outdoors
• Be able to be creative and active
• Be able to stay calm in challenging situations
• Be able to write, understand, and speak Swedish fluently
We are looking for someone who:

• Is cooperative, as the position involves working as a pair
Previous experience working with autism and challenging behavior is a merit. A requirement is that you have the ability to read situations and the client's well-being and act accordingly. You need to be in good health as he is active. In this assistance role, we strive to work with high quality and with a focus on the client's participation and independence. Clear job descriptions exist and are updated and developed together during staff meetings and supervision.
Working hours vary. Shifts are scheduled during day, afternoon, evening, and weekends. We are looking for someone who can work 80–100 percent. The position is available immediately, and you will also receive an introduction.
